With leadership experience across firms including Gem Capital, Absa Capital, Sasfin Capital, and African Global Capital, he has advised on high-value transactions across mining, financial services, infrastructure, and industrial sectors throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Is a seasoned finance and governance professional with over 25 years of experience across private equity, fund management, corporate finance, audit, and global business services. Bheem Ramruttan has held senior leadership roles including CEO of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) and Executive Director at Praxis Mutual PCC, bringing deep expertise in financial oversight, investment analysis, compliance, and strategic advisory.
